This site can be used to demonstrate podcasting to schools. A podcast is basically an audio or video file posted on a website that can be downloaded and played later on a computer or MP3 player. There are lots of ways that podcasting can be used to enhance the curriculum. Tameside schools can use their ICT Support Package to have their own podcast hosting site similar to this one. Training and support is available from the elearning team.
